Logis de la Foulerie, hotel in Bize-Minervois

Logis de la Foulerie provides air-conditioned rooms in Bize-Minervois.

The house is beautiful and clean and situated in the lovely village of Bize Minervois. The rooms are spacious with every attention to detail fulfilled. Toiletries and towels for the bathroom and pool are provided and we were very kindly provided with beach towels for a day trip. Veronique and Mark are the perfect hosts and the breakfast was delicious. We had advice regarding local attractions and restaurants which were great. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated their hospitality. The wine and nibbles were delicious too! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mariance is a superb host who treats her guests like royalty. The vessel ( also Mariance) is a classic 100 yrs old barge, fully renovated with spacious ensuite rooms and sunny decks to relax. Mariance makes you feel at home with her hospitality and breakfast is a hearty start to the day. A short stroll to superb water side restaurants and the best sleep I've had for ages, topped off a memorable stay. Don't miss this unique opportunity.

Quiet area of Cabezac next to the river. There is a restaurant on site but nobody was eating there as it was out of season and very quiet. We opted for a takeaway pizza at a restaurant nearby. There was a cafe nearby but not much else. Very clean and a decent sized room. Bed reasonably comfortable and staff helpful.

For our trip to Spain the location was ideal and the hotel provided an exceptional overnight experience. The stylish design is relaxing and completely in keeping with the restoration of the building. With a superb restaurant there is an opportunity to relax in a charming outdoor setting and enjoy fantastic service and dining. Breakfast is individually ordered and presented in the same location. Absolutely first class.

Great location. Lovely village, good range of bars, restaurants. Excellent breakfasts on the front terrace which worked well in the very hot weather we bumped into. Cameron and Susan really are the most helpful, friendly and efficient hosts you could hope to meet.
