What a GEM in Lalibela Ethiopia!! If possible I would give Blue Nile Guesthouse a MILLION STARS!! Charming Comfortable Rooms, Lots of Hot Water, Mini Fridge in Room, Views to die for, Lovely Terrace on 3rd Floor, Restaurant on Premises with some of the best foods I've ever eaten, Daily Housekeeping, Couple minutes walk from the historic rock churches, a few steps into the daily Markets, Very economical, AMAZING Receptionists and even a tour guide(all were PHENOMENAL!!!) If one wants a truly unforgettable experience in Lalibela, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blue Nile Guesthouse!! Thank You Blue Nile for an experience I will remember ALWAYS❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    The locatiion is in the northern part of Lalibella, still close to the churches but in a quiet neighbourhood. A stunning view from the window! Rooms are very nice. Very tasty buffet-style breakfasts are served at sisterly hotel just around the corner. Airport transfer included. Any tour you need is provided by a knowledgeable guide Girma. A lovely Habtam, working now hard on improving her English skills, is always willing to help.

    A small, intimate guesthouse located in a quiet, peaceful area. A few minutes' walk to Lalibela's main attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. Kibret and her brother invited us to a traditional Timkat dinner. There was a warm, homely atmosphere there. We were supported in visiting Lalibela by Mesfen. He cooperates with the guesthouse and is able to organize the tourists' stay very well.

    Great place and wonderful view. extraordinary location, all room have a private balcony facing the wonderful view of the beautiful lalibela. the hotel restaurant service is great. I liked the fresh free juice at breakfast Every staffs works hard to guarantee you’re Stay, helpful and friendly team The hotel provides a free airport pick up and drop of timely.     A cozy little hotel with a very friendly staff and owner. The place is tastefully decorated, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. It’s really well located, no too far away from the churches in a quiet area. The wifi also worked well even when there was no internet connection in the town due to the political situation. Perfect place to stay in Lalibela.

    great location and very friendly staff who even found a doctor in the middle of one night when it became necessary. The view from the rooms could not be better and the food in the restaurant was also superb. we stayed for a whole week and did not get tired of it. In addition to the churches, there are some.very nice hiking trails for which a guide is recommended though.

    Nice lodge in a beautiful garden with spectacular views. It’s located in a quite neighbourhood of Lalibela and has a great outdoor bar with sunset views. Rooms in the Tukul-style huts have good bathrooms, comfortable beds and nice private sitting areas. They also arrange transport and excellent guides for the churches.

    everything was perfect, the 2 sisters are very kind and attentive to you, the place is really clean and quiet, breakfast simple but tasty, I will continue to recommend it whenever I can,close to the churches and the small center of lalibela, on-site guide service 100% recommends
