This is one of our favourite hotels . The people running the hotel are so friendly and helpful , the location is on the beachfront and our room had a balcony overlooking the beach . We like small hotels , not " resort " hotels , and the Sa roqueta is perfect for us .

Fantastic location, right on the beach and the promenade, with all the restaurants and shops, yet quiet and peaceful (the balcony overlooking the courtyard). Lovely and welcoming staff, always there for you if you needed them. Fridge, kettle and a microwave in the room. Beach towels, sun cream and many more beach necessities that could have been borrowed from the lobby free of charge. Very good value for money

We stayed at separate house with private pool. Very spacious accomodation, super quality of finishings inside. OUtside large veranda with table in the shadows. Great accomodation and very friendly host. It is excelent location if you are with the car and would like to visit various beaches in Mallorca (approx 30-40 min to nice beaches on East and South cost). Small neighouring town of Petra provides great options of restaurants for a week stay.

Loved Petra, it's a very quiet and genuine town, the people were lovely. The house is really well located.
Very clean, central location in Petra, professional and efficient communication concerning check in etc. - all in all it was definitely better than I expected. If you are looking for a somewhat impersonal (didn't see any staff), but quiet stay in a room inside an old town house, then this is a good place to be. Kitchen, pool area clean and are an add on. Nice restaurants close by in the town square. By the way I extended my stay.
Nicolas & Debra are amazingly nice people. They welcomed me on arrival and were always there when I had a question or a problem. I could reach them by simply sending a whats app.
My room was nice and quiet and I LOVED the pellet stove! :)
Everything was just as described, the location was perfect for us, quiet and beautiful. The owner left us fruit and wine on arrival and was always available if we needed anything. The accommodation was excellent, clean and well kept, pool cleaned mid week. A lot of thought has gone into making this a great little get away spot.
