We absolutely loved our stay at Uma Suites! Check-in and communication were great, and the staff were very kind, polite, and happy to answer all of our questions. The keyless rooms are really convenient; you can open the building door and your room from your phone or use a number code if your phone dies/no internet etc. The room itself was clean and perfectly comfortable for two people. The bed and pillows were very comfy, there was plenty of hanging closet and shelf space, and the bathroom towels were good quality too. The location was very central, so we were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see, and if something was a bit farther away, there was a convenient metro stop near the hotel. Inside it was very quiet, much more peaceful than I had expected, so coming back to our room felt like a nice escape after a long day of touring the city. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful historic building with a secret roof-top garden. Very elegantly furnished rooms, great shower, comfortable bed. There's an excellent common area for the guests to make coffee, tea, with local sweet pastries as a compliment. My little girl loved the marshmallow and the gummies. :) There is a superb breakfast with great variety. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is excellent. 10 mins walk to the Aquarium or to the zoo, close to the Ramblas, and it's next to the gothic quarter with its zig-zag little streets busting with life and nice little shops. Absolutely recommend it!

Excellent location, warm-homey feel with extremely nice and gracious hosts! From the minute we checked in the hosts made us feel right at home. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a run down of the city and some recommendations. The place itself was a bit different at first, as it seems like a big flat that was converted into a small boutique style hotel. This adds to the charm though, with warm decor, a kitchen with free drinks, ice cream, tea, coffee, and a dining area that can also be used to work. Several metro and bus stops are only 2-3 minutes away, and everything is flat and very walkable. There a tons of bars and eateries near by, and this place was just at the center of it all! Lastly, I just wanted to thank the staff for allowing us to check out a little later, and to hang out in the dining area as we worked and killed a few hours before taking a high speed train. Again, everyone was more than helpful and kind to us and we couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who asks. When back in Barcelona, we will love to stay here again. Thank you Conica!

Carlos was an amazing host! He prepared a list of different recommended places for us to go to eat and a guide of the public transportation services to the landmarks of the city. The room was spacious and super comfortable and the entire house is cozy and welcoming. We rally enjoyed our stay and for sure will be back!
