The property is in a great location, about a 15 minutes walk away from the Abu Simbel temple. The property is very clean. The owner helped us arrange transport from from Aswan and back and helped with organising activities in Abu Simbel. Make sure you have USD in cash for payment

The hotel was very quiet; in fact, we were the only occupants. Very comfortable room, and the use of a large lounge. The owner was very helpful.

During my tour through Egypt I saw the inside of many hotel rooms. I have had very expensive rooms and also very cheap rooms. Traveled from Cairo to Luxor nasr Dendera to Aswan to Abu Simble to Hurghada. But one room that I remember most is Erki Guest House. The owner and his family are extremely hospitable and helpful with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended for everyone, especially if you want to experience the warm hospitality of this Egyptian family. Super.

Great location by the lake, and only a short walk to the temple (20 min). We stayed in a newly built room, which was very big and beautifully decorated. Food (dinner and breakfast) was very delicious. The lodge offers boat tours. We did the Sunrise boat tour, which we highly recommend.

The location is good. You can walk 15-20 minutes to Abu Simbel temple. The place is very quiet and comfortable. The owner provide coffee, tea, fruits, and cold water for free. Breakfast is very rich in Egypt style. The owner provide any information you need. Everything is perfect and it is definitely recommended.

After staying in a number of cheap guesthouses this felt like welcome luxury. The room smelled clean and the bed was so comfy! Lovely facilities and the main terrace was a really peaceful place to sit and have tea.
