Gasthaus Tannenhof is a fantastic place to stay for a few nights in Lutz. We stayed with the host Elsie with a group of ten friends, enjoying the region by motorbike. We received the most warm welcome from Elsie. She went out of her way to make this a truly great experience for the entire group. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet is simply excellent. We enjoyed a wide variety of food for dinner, from traditional Philippian kitchen to traditional German schnitzels and barbecue. We will definitely be back some day.

Breakfast was abundant in options and with selected products. The size of the room and the bathroom was really good. Very confortable. The wine cellar was a must! Perfect to relax in the end of the day. Sabine is very friendly, always available, and did everything to ensure we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

I like all about the property. After a long drive, seeing faces smiles to you and welcomes you is the best thing you get as a first impression ♥️ is that all? Nope! They actually serve welcome drinks in the terrace! delicious Prosecco 🥂Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is also so good and you even don’t need to look for a place for dinner because you already have a very good restaurant with a view🫠 If we ever come back, I know a great place to stay. Lovely stay! The accommodation was quaint and incredibly comfortable. Loved lounging in the various spots in the backyard. Was close enough to Beilstein to take the ferry over very easily but far enough to escape the crowds.

Old world charm in a great location. The owner, Monika, was an exceptional host who took the time to talk to you and advise about hiking routes or places to visit. Bar area open during the evening to socialise. Felt like being at the home of a relative. Breakfast was lovely.
