Located near the lake and a 25 minute walk to the town centre this is a nice guest house. The hob, sink and fridge were functional and despite having one of the yet to be refurbished rooms it was clean comfortable and not too tired. We didn’t meet any staff! An issue with payment for an extra night was resolved after a several emails.

The location is excellent. We had requested a room in the Annex with a view of the castle and that's what we were given. Fabulous. Ground floor room gave us a little patio with the castle view. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and we started each day well fed. The bathroom is small and a bit dated, but fully functional and clean, so no complaints. Lots of storage for those who wish to fully unpack suitcases.

I stayed for two nights and was in the attic room.The room was clean, actually spotless, warm, and comfortable. The bed was lovely and bequem. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I got the breakfast added on, and I was happy I did. It really was value for money. There was parking in the back, which was free. Also it was walking distance from the restaurants and castles. Perfect location.

The scenery is fantastic, location is great for sightseeing, within walking distance to the thermal baths. Has a fan it the room which was great because it was very warm.

Great location in the heart of the city center. Nice, quiet and comfortable room. Very clean, enviromentally friendly strategies. Self Check-in went without any problem.
Location, private parking (garage), modern hotel, nice restaurant (RIVA, photo) and bar with good food and cocktails, and also a good selection of fresh fruit and homemade food at the breakfast buffet.
The room was large and quiet (though located at the street) and fully equipped.
Mattrass was a bit too soft for me, but that’s a personal preference, and the light switches had an inscrutable plan to challenge us by turning on and off in changing pairs ;-) No big deal, but might be worth an extra check
A very warm and personalised welcome at reception by each staff member we met. Giulia was so helpful and gave great advice on trips to the castles and other sights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choices with something for all tastes. Even a chocolate fountain and strawberries! The room was perfect for our family of 4, with separate toilet and shower room, and private balcony overlooking the street. We will definitely be back to this hotel and for longer.
It's at a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the city center. You can also see the Alps from a short walk.
