You can park right outside your room so it's great for bringing things in and out and getting to your vehicle. Some essentials close by, groceries, dollar store, fast food, beer. lcbo, etc. Can even walk to these places. Wifi, decent sized TV, fridge....good storage for clothes etc.

I loved the individual rooms and showers and large space that was afforded to me and my family. It was also very quiet and no outside noise impacted us. Also, it was close to many amenities (shops and resturants) and Waterloo football field.
Breakfast was great, good selection of food. Clean area to eat. Front entrance clean and well maintained.
The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The managers reception was good on Wed evening. The parking is free and great location close to the Farmers market and shops in St. Jacob's. Enjoyed being able to sit outside in the bbq area.
Hot Breakfasts each of the 4 mornings we were there were equally good, not always the same eggs but varied, an egg fritata one day, scrambled the next etc. Always the standard breads for toasting, two types of waffle batter, varied muffins and pastries as well as yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruits... well done to the staff who touches any of that area!
Rooms were shiny, clean, well stocked with towels and quiet. Didn't hear the neighbours except when hallway doors closed nearby.
