We had a beautiful view from La Chic en Noir (also called Estuaire?). There was no balcony, but there was one below in the breakfast room that was available. The room was very quiet even though it is adjacent to 2 other rooms. Sunset from the room was spectacular.

This little place was a hidden gem I am so glad to have discovered in Chicoutimi. After some unfortunate events, I found myself alone in the city without a place to sleep for the night. I was searching for a room available nearby when I came across this quaint and inexpensive advert! When I arrived, it was pretty straight forward and I was able to find my room fairly quickly. The photos do not lie; this place is absolutely adorable, clean, and incredibly well-decorated. I was so impressed by the Balcon Blanc for charging such a reasonable and fair price, for a room and private bathroom which exceeds most chain hotel standards.
