For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
I enjoyed the location so much I booked a 2nd night. Clean rooms, good value, great location, every Restaurant imaginable, bike trails excellent, gardens just behind. McD, Timmy's etc across the street etc. A little street noise but gets quiet at night.
This an excellent choice is you just want a clean quiet room with a good bed and close to many restaurant choices----for a very reasonable price. There is also great trails to walk on along the waterfront across the road and down one block.
No breakfast was included so I brought a few items to have for breakfast. There was a small fridge to keep them in.
I missed having a coffee in the morning - none available.
The facilities were very clean and spacious and the building was quiet.
It would, however, have been nice if there was an automatic entry to the Inn. My husband is handicapped and I had to hold the doors for him to get into the lobby.
Generally, it was a pleasant stay at the Luxury Inn while we were in Collingwood.
Great location, cheap price but very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Recommended!
