I gave a 10 for this location. Yes, it's not close to the beach, but the host was super nice. She waited for our late arrival. We stayed in room 42 and we found it clean and big enough. We stayed only for 1 night and the price of 30 leva was beyond great. The balcony was also a plus. AC and fridge can be found in the room. You can reach beach by car, driving around 15 minutes. Great place if you are not searching for a place near beach.

The hosts are very pleasant, we got everything we asked for. They made an extra effort to enable us to extend our stay in their apartment.
