The property was excellently appointed and the decor was so tastefully finished. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom was again very well done and finished to a high level. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating.

Convenience of location for exploring Ypres & it was a quiet area.
Rooms were clean & the beds upstairs, where me, my husband & son slept were very comfortable.
Maria was very helpful & greeted us as Inga doesn't speak English.
Ideal for us as my parents were also staying at Inga & were in the room downstairs, so we had the place to ourselves.
Breakfast selection was good & fresh everyday.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, great location for the town , owner was so helpful and polite, gave great information about the town Nd also directions , the breakfast was awesome.. even choco milk for the kids.. selection of the continental breakfast was above most 4 star hotels and all fresh, the host was amazing.. highly recommend to stay at this place.

Very warm welcome by the hosts. Excellent, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Very spacious apartment with an upmarket, boutique feel. The bedroom-bathroom- living space is all open plan, with a separate dining space near the entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great location and just a short walk into centre of Ypres, very quiet and peaceful area.
The flat was very clean, quite new and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, very much appreciated. It was very comfortable and quiet. We also liked all the information that Geert our host had left on the table, to visit places nearby.
The flat was in a great location, really close to the city centre. Parking was no issue. We had a great time and should we come back, we would most certainly choose this flat again.

Rooms were very modern, quiet and clean. Unfortunately the groundfloor was currently being renovated and the entrance looked very cheap. The quality of the breakfast was good (fresh fruits, all kinds of bread/croissants/etc, fresh waffles. No fresh orange juice. Breakfast room very hot, no windows (also being renovated).
Charming and really lovely B&B in a quiet area of Ieper, yet just a few minutes walk from the main square and Menin Gate. Fantastic hosts and an excellent breakfast. Recommended.
