Definitely a place where I'd like to spend a lot more time, not just passing through. Super clean, cosy, warm, everything is nicely fitted, great views. The owner is very sweet and caring, and breakfast is delicious! Great pubs and restaurants within short walks, yet very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Property is located in Stumm, not far away from ski lifts in Kaltenbach.Bus station with Ski Bus is located 100m from the house and takes you in 10 min to Kaltenbach. On the same street you have as well couple of restaurants and a bakery.

It was a wonderful stay in Marzenklamm. Family run hotel with great and friendly owners. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with local ingredients. Restaurant with famous dishes. We were very satisfied.

Had a lovely stay here for our skiing trip in zillertal. The room was nice, beautiful view of the mountains and the town, hence a pleasure to stay on the balcony in the evening. The hosts are really nice people, very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good enough for us just before we started driving to the slopes. They serve buns, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, jam, fruits, some veggies. Milk, tea, coffee, or hot chocolate is also available. The hosts are very attentive to the guests at breakfast to make sure they have everything they need. The dining area is used in the evening by guests to play cards or other games, or to have dinner by bringing their own food and drinks. The location is slightly towards the edge of Stumm, in a quiet area. There is a bus stop ~150m away which takes you to Kaltenbach ski resort. We, and most of the guests, came by car and I believe it was better this way as it offered us the option to explore the whole valley and all its slopes. We also used the saune for one night after visiting a big spa place in Fugen the previous days. I would say that the advantage here is that it's a more private place as not many guests use it (almost nobody), so a different kind of experience vs a public spa. Obviously, it's not as big, it's just one sauna room, shower, and resting place, but it's nice to just go straight to your room instead of having to drive back. Never encountered issues with things malfunctioning in the room or bathroom. It looks like it was recently renovated.

The Host was really kind person, helpful and hospitable. The hotel is localized next to the Hochzillertal Bahn, in the centre of the town. The room was big, with amazing view from the windows, comfortable beds, toilet and bathroom. Everything propely prepared and well-organised. The breakfasts were tasty with a vast variety of options for everyone. Even the served milk was from local cows! I really recommend the Hotel and Kaltenbach for everyone, who seeks Tirol atmosphere and quiet place to take a rest in the surroundings of Alps.

Hard working very friendly staff to make our stay very good. Every day we had a good quality dinner with choice of 3 options including vegetarian option. Good breakfast. One evening the family played live local music, was a very nice surprise. Location is perfect to explore Zillertal / 5 ski area’s within 15 minutes.

Nice *** hotels for skiing holidays or summer hiking! Located 5 minutes by car to Kaltenbah lift and about 40 minutes to Tux. Clean, quiet, 3*sauna! Resonable breakfast.
