The hotel is perfectly located. The hotel owner advised us to leave the car next to the hotel and after 20 minutes we were at the Krimml waterfalls. We liked the room, large and with a balcony, and a bright bathroom. Very clean. During meals, we could admire the view of the mountains from the hotel terrace. We liked the breakfast very much, there was a large selection of products. The service was very helpful and nice. We'd love to go back there again!

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, great peaceful location very close to the city centre. Self service breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Hotel has a pleasant balcony/terrase where the meals are served. The view of the city and the mountains nearby is beautiful.
It's pretty calm area, the room was great and clean. There was a very new cland clean private bath and toilet in the room as well. The host was also very welcoming and asked us when do we want to have our breakfast.

Plentiful of fresh air.

Great place in a great location. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable - it had all the necessary amenities. My stay took place in summer - there were very few guests in the entire complex and only a few houses were occupied (the houses are located quite close to each other), so it was very quiet and peaceful - I don't know what the situation might be like in winter :) The staff was very nice and helpful and answered all questions extremely quickly.
We got a double room with a private bathroom. It was really clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. There was a variety of options for the open buffet breakfast. Very quiet. Close to the Krimml and Habachtal, where we did a lot of hiking with amazing waterfalls views. Suggested reaching out by car or taxi.
A lot of toys for kids, outdoor kids attractions, well-equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice bathroom with large shower cabin, private entrance and totally quiet place. Super-clean place.
