Full Security to enter the residence, all shops available around from supermarket to barber, beer shop, dentist, even Odessa international school for kids, just in front of the building. I was very impressed! Nothing was missing! Very good job!

Everything about the place was excellent I was staying at a two bed room with my own shower, it had a safe, electricity was up 100% of the time, warm water, good price, friendly staff that usually had someone who spoke English if needed during the day (the person doing night shift in reception usually didn't speak English). I really recommended the place to anyone interested at staying in Odesa, safe location near central railway station and bus station you don't really need a taxi or anything to get there for the most part. They have a small lobby where you can eat, sit maybe watch tv/news and the reception sells snacks and non-alcoholic beverages plus water.
