Beautiful little villas which were spread out enough to offer a lot of privacy. Great pool. Loved the cafe for sunset cocktails and right on a small area of private beach. Excellent and reasonably priced food served at the restaurant each evening.
The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is good yet It can become monotonous if someone stays longer. The location is great since it is in the center of all attractions (beaches, villages, waterfalls. etc). Local scooter rental option is also good. There are plenty of restaurants around but the hotel has decent restaurant as well with good view and good prices. The private beach is clean, nice and good with children. There is a nice pub nearby at the seaside. :) I would come back to this place.

This is a beautiful, quiet property and our space was so comfortable. It’s a well taken care of property and Jay was a lovely host. He has a beautiful property and we loved everything. You can rent a scooter on site and there’s a lovely cafe right next door to the property. You have quick and easy access to nearby beach resorts (a 10 minute downhill walk or quick scooter ride) for dinner or drinks and an incredible beach thats perfect for sunset.

Such a beautiful resort, great snorkelling off the beach, lovely food and cocktails that didn’t get boring even after a week! The rooms are beautiful and the outlook from the deck to watch sunset is amazing. we loved taking the kayaks and the paddleboards out, walking along the long beach next to the resort, and having sundowners on the beach.
Very nice hotel, located next to Ao Tapao pier and on very nice beach, perfect if you arrive with Bang Bao Wooden Boat. Hotel has good facilities (pool, gym, small shop and restaurant) and nice bungalows. Room was spacious, bathroom was good, bed was comfy and WiFi fast. Very good breakfast with many western and local options and good quality restaurant on the beachfront with reasonable prices and portions. All staff were very happy, friendly and helpful.
We having been staying here since we 1st came to Koh Kood a long time ago. Siam beach resort never disappoints, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach huts have recently had a make-over and are very nice inside. The restaurant is good along with the beach bar. Everybody needs a holiday where shoes are not needed and a beautiful beach is a stones throw from your door. We cannot wait for our next trip and stay here.
