The rooms are simple but have all you need, and the whole property was very well taken care of. Rafa was an amazing host. He was one of the friendliest and most helpful hostel managers we met while traveling for 4 months. One more thing: they serve an amazing Nica breakfast every morning, which has a great variety of things and is very filling.

At the hostel, each room includes a patio with a sea view. Selected rooms have a kitchen with a fridge and an oven. All units include bed linen. What a hidden gem. Beautiful views, plenty of space to relax. Rooms were simple but clean. (Try to get the one room with the open view towards the beach that is located above the restaurant, that one is breathtaking and huge). Food is very good and cheap in the restaurant and the town is cute. Internet is pretty good most of the time. William is a cool guy who created a dream place, we ended up staying 7 days!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo is a recently renovated apartment situated in Popoyo, a few steps from Popoyo Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Everything of the facility is in top condition. The kitchen is very nice for cooking, even for a lot of people at the same time (enough space, dishes and cooking places). Gabriela the owner is very nice and tries to help everywhere.

All units at the hostel are equipped with a seating area. At Rancho Tranquillo every room has a private bathroom and bed linen. This was my favorite stay in Central America and definitely the best breakfast in Nicaragua! Beautiful property with goat, chickens, birds, puppy, pig, and the kindest couple there to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. It felt like staying with family, they were watching out for me and helped me arrange all of the activities I wanted to try with trusted guides. I loved walking through the neighborhood to get there- it's worth the sweaty trek. You really get to see how the locals live. Kids running in the street to say "hi!" to you. I felt safe walking alone, even at night.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. We had the best two weeks here, it's perfect for long stays and really switching off. You are in nature, in great company, surrounded by cute dogs. It was bliss!

Located in Popoyo, Mola Mola Surf Popoyo offers beachfront accommodation 70 metres from Popoyo Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking and a shared kitchen. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. it was super clean, the room was big and so was the bed. very functional and very cozy. Just what I was needing :) Also Rafa the owner showed me around which I appreciated a lot, and they helped me find a reasonably priced taxi !

Buena Onda Backpackers offers some rooms that have sea views, and the rooms include a private bathroom with a shower. Amazing hostel! We didn’t stop talking about how much we loved it the 4 days we were there. We stayed in the private room with sea view and it is so beautiful to wake up to that view, plus we had a monkey chilling outside our window most mornings and evenings! The breakfast is exceptional, and so well thought out. Kitchen has everything you need, we even made our own cocktails in the blender. Baba and his friend are really doing an incredible job! There’s so many beautiful birds around the property too, it’s great swinging in a hammock enjoying the view. The hostel is also extremely chilled and peaceful.

Super nice cabin, great bed, great view, fully equipped kitchen, clean, nice hosts, got nothing to complain about.
