Great location in the heart of Naples, on the main street close to sea and to the historic centre. Our room was bright and sunny, clean, with all necessary equipment. We had a very good, authentic breakfasts, with coffee, tea and also hot chocholate (if you wish), local pastry, fresh juice, fruit. Francesco and his colleagues are nice, friendly and helpful people. If you wish, you can order (for extra fee 60 Eur/2 persons) for private spa. This is nice experience (we recommend to those, who don´t visit sauna regularly). I will book for this place again, when I come to Naples.

Walking distance from most of the tourist's spot and the port. The room was very clean and newly renovated with new furniture and fully equipped kitchenette. Very friendly staff with easy to communicate with. Strongly recommended, 10/10.

Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a restaurant and to a bar. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We were lucky enough to be in room 206 which was breathtaking. The balcony area and views were spectacular. The pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and the bar served the most delicious cocktails. After a few mishaps, the manager Baldo and receptionist Raffaella quickly resolved our issues and made the whole stay enjoyable. All the staff are welcoming and speak fantastic English. The hotel is in walking distance of some great local restaurants (much cheaper than larger tourist areas) and the car park has plenty of space. We hired a car so we could tour parts of the Almafi coast but always enjoyed coming back to Agerola, which was quieter and very peaceful. The breakfast had lots of variety and we stayed for lunch one day which was better than some restaurants we visited in the larger towns! We would definitely stay here again

First and foremost, the room was brilliant and even more beatiful as advertised. The hot tub was large enough to fit two people easily. The view from the room is surreal. Additionally, having the breakfast served in to the room and being able to enjoy it while Napoli is waking up around you is an extraordinary way to start the day. Furthermore, Giovanni is a brilliant host and he seemed genuinely super invested in helping us navigate the city as well as providing few nice tips to compliment our existing plans for the stay. He also made it possible for us to leave our luggage there after checking out, so that we would not have to carry our bags with us through out the next day. Thank you so much, Giovanni! You have a lovely B&B here and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at MAIN.

Room, location and Antonio's attention. He is very friendly. He gave wonderful information when we check-in the room and sent remarkable information about city and restaurant. The room is enough big. Cosy bathroom and kitchen. There are every equipmants in the kitchen. Complimentary two bottle of water in the fridge and coffee in hall. Location is best for Naples. I don't recommend old city of Naples for stay. The apartmen in front of the Port and Castle Nuovo. So the location is very safety. Many thanks to Antonio. I highly recommend Relais Castle Nuovo.
