He is very kind and is able to help you with anything you need. He organized us car rides, scooter rentals, and visa extensions. During our stay we got sick, he took us to the doctor and helped us get antibiotics. At the hospital my brother needed stitches, he dropped everything to come right away to help us. Night after night he showed us great local places to eat. Frenki really cares about his guests and wants them to enjoy krui. I would highly recommend staying here!

Holiday Inn Lampung Bukit Randu is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Lampung. Situated in the heart of Bandar Lampung, our hotel features city landscape from Bukit Randu, a hill of an altitude of 200 meters above sea level and close to some of the area's most well-known attractions, including the Krakatau Monument, Bumi Kedaton tourism park, Duta Wisata beach, Tirtayasa beach, Tiska Beach, Pahawang Island, and Condong Island. The rooms were very clean and have balcony view to the city and hills. We got connecting rooms. 1 room with king size bed has a long sofa. The soap, shampoo and body lotions were dove, there were bathrobe, iron and hair dryer, and 3 bath towels per room. Half of the rooms floor and hallway were carpeted. View of the gym to the sea and pool. So we can watch the kids swimming. The breakfast highlights were noodle station, waffle ice cream , popcorn, jamu and wedang drink. And you can have breakfast with a view

Breakfast was greaat, one of the highlights of the stay. Great selection and most importantly good quality. Also great location as it's joined to the shopping center therefore amazing access to shops and food outlets in a matter of steps.

The resort also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. The view was awesome, the staffs were warm and friendly, the food was nice, we can also have a surfing lesson there ❤️. The room were clean and cozy, the bathroom were clean, and all the facilities were in good condition. I think we’ll be back again someday wih the whole family ❤️❤️❤️
