When the host found out that one of us staying there had a birthday that day he arranged homemade traditional food to be made for us and we all had a celebration together and connected. As it is a bit higher above sea level it is cooler there in the summer than in other near parts near like Tbilisi or Kakheti, which is a positive. But for us even staying in the warmth of May it was a bit cool in the room during the night, as the door of the room opens up straight to outside, which for some might be something to consider.
