The Dolphin Inn Hostel features free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Dunbar. More hotel than hostel the common areas are retro cool and comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, and organized. The staff -- especially Tom -- is brilliant. Extremely walkable location;. easy to take a Borders bus to Siccar Point, a major site in geology and the history of science. I would love to return.

Set just a few steps from Seton Sands Longniddry Beach, Edinburgh - Seton Sands-Cameo Caravan-Pet Friendly offers accommodation in Edinburgh with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as... I highly recommend this place! It's in excellent condition and has easy access to buses that can take you to Edinburgh. The cleanliness is impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was.

Beautifully Renovated Self-Contained Farm Cottage - close to beaches, North Berwick and the Golf Coast is located in North Berwick, 6.4 km from Muirfield, 31 km from Edinburgh Playhouse, and 31 km... We liked the lovely renovated cottage with the nice and accentuated furnishing, the Nespresso Coffee Machine and the 3min walk to the train station as well as the great location in East Lothian.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

A wonderful hotel, staff were superb from arrival to departure, rooms are fabulous with luxurious beds and toiletries, clean towels every day whether needed or not. Only 10 mins walk from the hotel to a gorgeous sandy beach, and Gullane has a charming main street. We ate in the main restaurant and the food was amazing, and we used the main bar and the outside garden area and loved the service given and choice of food and drinks in both. Will definitely be back!

Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Another Room offers accommodation between the districts of Portobello and Craigentinny in Edinburgh, 4 km from the city centre. The location is perfect! It’s a quick walk to the bus stop or a cheap Uber ride to the city and does not take long before you are in the city center. Lynne and Robert were so warm and welcoming and were very informative about places we should see in and around the city. The morning we left we had heartiest, homemade Scottish breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lynne and Robert’s home deserves a 10 out of 10!
