The location is 15-20 minute walk from town and the beach, however I loved that as it was quiet and surrounded by nature. The outside space/garden at the hostel was a great vibe - hammocks, art work, fire pit, monkeys, etc. Very chill. Kitchen was also well equipped, and there was a mini grocery store less than a minute walk away.

The pool is half-olympic size, amazing! The rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the bathroom is the biggest (and cleanest:) I have found in Costa Rica. The modern kitchen really helps when you dont feel like going out. We will definitely be back next year .

We also liked meeting the big hotel pet: the well fed iguana !

Really great place to stay, spacious rooms, very clean, good air-con, really nice breakfast and lovely staff. It’s located very centrally but not loud at all as it’s up a smaller side road. The cleaner also comes once a day and does a really good job! Would defiantly recommend staying when in Tamarindo (: there is also a really nice pizza place next door called the bake yard, good price good vibe and very easy being next door!
