Amanda was so accommodating, she worked near the restaurant and coffee shop. She was so very helpful and considerate of me and she even gave me water and snacks as I was leaving the hotel. I really appreciated it. Claude was great! He arranged for my spa appointment at a discount and was so helpful to me and even showed me around the gym, walked me to the elevator and outside near the beach. Such a nice person. Joy was great, she introduced me to a nearby nail salon and helped me to arrange an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. Overall I loved my stay here, you can hear the ocean from the room so clearly. The room was beautiful and clean. I'll definitely come back for another holiday.

The property is gorgeous, it’s situated in a compound with so many other buildings, all high rise buildings. Upon check in, it exceeded our expectations. We booked two apartments for a group of 6. We loved that one of the apartments was on the highest floor (31st floor), we had the best Sea view and sunrise view. The Check in process was very smooth and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Although he didn’t know how to speak English, we were able to use the translate app to communicate. There were two double beds in the bigger apartment with a lounge and massive balcony, the beds were comfortable. You are situated just 1-2 mins away from the restaurant strip which made it super convenient.
