Talita has the perfect combination of friendly and efficient... Always giving tips where to go and to do, always on top of any challenges which may arises ( and did). Instead of focus on the problem she focus on the solution. I work in hospitality and I know our staff needs to work with us and not for us... I will give a suggestion of a share bonus between the staff ( proportional to their level and work hours). I really give 10 to all.
