    Clean and very spacious room. Perfect location to reach IAH airport within a 10 minute drive. The WC was not flushing properly and they promptly sent a member of the staff to fix it. In case you need it there is a 24 h restaurant in front of the structure (the staff there is pretty rude but out of need at least you find something to eat).

    The property was beautiful and even better than I imagined. This was my first time and when checking in we received a free upgrade to the Havana Beach Suite. The site was unexpected and absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were amazing as well as the restaurant. Thank you Michael for your assistance!

    The hotel was infested with roaches. Every surface had stains on it from the walls to the flooring. The duvet had holes in it. Everything was filthy. Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I am shocked this hotel is allowed to operate because it is so deteriorated.

    The game room was separate from house and has its on bathroom. The pool had gate. The area was a good location 5 minutes from mall and 25 to Sylvan Beach. Plenty of room for a big family.

    The property was cute and clean for the most part. The host helped me w an issue before I even checked in which I loved. Communication w the host during check in is top tier, I loved the check in experience & the welcome kiosk. We cooked nachos the first night after the beach and they already had seasonings. The good kinds too! Lol My kids loved the arcade games as well.

    Beautiful place with a perfect location, about a 5 minute walk from the main restaurant area in Montrose. The cocktail bar was amazing, special thanks to Sergio for his creative cocktail making skills and to Tierra for her wonderful hospitality and arranging a scale for us to weigh our suitcases before flying. You guys do an amazing job, keep it up!
