I like that they run a family business with good, long=time staff, and that the lodge itself is down-to-earth without all the bells & whistles but with care and attention to appearance, quiet, comfort, & safety. I love that they haven't added on more rooms, for instance, at the expense of the long-time natural feel of the place.
