What a great location just across from the beach. ⛱️ Amy and Dave are great hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. They both went over and above to make me feel welcome. 🫂 I decided to have the full English breakfast on the Sunday, WOW! Honestly, it was the best breakfast I have had in Thailand with proper bacon and sausages. 😋 If you're looking for a relaxing break by the sea with wonderful hosts, then I would definitely recommend Amy's. 👌

Brand new and great location,right next to the beach. Has a small bar and food vendor next door plus a 7/11 just down the road. Staff where amazing always willing to help. We spent a wonderful month holiday in Rayong. Great location. The beach is a 10-minute walk, a magnificent communal pool on the villa. Internet Wi-Fi, a full set of furniture and utensils. Clean, tidy, without exotic insects :) . We felt at home. The hostess was always in direct contact if there were any questions. If we have the opportunity to visit Rayong again, we will look at this one as our first option for accommodation.
