All the staff were friendly and helpful - dining staff, front of desk people, chamber maids, porters.
Breakfast was excellent and dining for lunch and diner was good - plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Appreciated the shuttle bus to the beach. We will be coming back next year.

Great view from the balcony overlooking the beach through the trees. Beautiful area to stay. Sammy and Onesai are excellent hosts They are friendly and will help with anything you need. Sammy speaks fluent English. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. And the comfy bed had four pillows and a bedside lamp each!

they asked me to leave early.
they made a complaint after they were making problems for me, attempting to place an immediate blame on me in order to have first actions, so they may not be liable for any of their actions.
they then for no reason brought police. they used local police to push me out without any prior notice.
the night before this I was the one who notified a guard on duty about hitting walls and ceilings, and the next day they again made this approach to the extent explained.
they did immediately offer return of funds in cash, as they were wrong and asked to make no official complaint. i did.
they had alternative intentions and an agenda, and for simply being me(what ever reason, no need to elaborate), they conducted themselves in an immoral and uncivilised manner.
from check in to check out they were outrageous.
they accuse for their actions, and they relied upon street tactics for removal.
this is a place not to be visited. it is one team playing together.

Good space and the size of the room is huge. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment.
The cafe staff Tee is attentive. He is active and welcoming. Nice boy and loves his job.

Great location just set back from the beachside road, just along from a fantastic 7-11 and a range of bars and restaurants. Very clean apartment with balcony, facing East so catching morning sun but not later afternoon or evening so less aircon needed. Ceiling fan was handy. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Quiet, deep (at one end) swimming pool.
From the check in until departure everything was dealt with respectfully. I rode my motorbike from South Pattaya to this resort and was immediately happy. Nice room, nice pool and a wonderful welcome from the Manager Mel. She asked if I needed anything and 2 minutes later delivered some cold beers to my apartment. This has quickly become my escape from South Pattaya. She advised me to visit Ta Phong food market and I got some delicious food at local prices. Love this resort. I will be back. Slightly over 400 baht per night. Superb.
Friendly staff and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was enormous with many options. Great parking with security right next to the hotel. The price you pay and the quality you get is amazing. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

The room was very very clean and for one night suitable. For a long stay i would prefer a sea view condo if available and a more home feeling decorated apartment. Main area of the village is 5-10 min walking distance away. Overall i can recommend.
