Everything, we did a road trip in Thailand and stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip and this one is by fare the best. The rooms are set like a suit with a bedroom and separate living room. Unfortunately I couldn’t try the coffee shop but by the look of it it’s looks amazing and so cozy.

Lovely helpful owner, very accommodating. we stayed one night with a great balcony beach view in the non air-conditioned room, fan provided. We swapped to the other room for one night for the air-conditioning which worked very well. Lots of places to eat nearby and bike rentals. Easy to get to from the station. Very good value for your money, don't be afraid about the location, you can rent a motorbike or bicycle for a good price. Rooms are good and very clean. Host is nice as well. He were driving us closer to the bus and will help you to get bus station or train station. We didn't have time to spent more than 2 days, but it is great place for longer stay as well.
