We stayed at this hotel for 7 days while visiting the Seychelles. My wife and I had a very positive experience overall. Here are the highlights:
1. Hotel Staff: Rachel and her team were incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions, ready to assist us at every step
2. Breathtaking Views: The views from the hotel are simply stunning—a true paradise for the eyes! Our room was cozy, clean, and matched the description perfectly, adding to our comfort. Housekeeping was done daily
3. Room Amenities: The room had everything we needed—coffee machine, kettle, safe, and refrigerator
4. Delicious Breakfasts: We could pre-select and customize our breakfast each day, with a chance to try something new every morning

Great cottage only about 30 metres from the beach. Very spacious - moreso than the pictures suggest - and you have the whole garden to yourselves. The kitchen is well equipped, a/c in both bedrooms and the lounge and a lovely covered patio area. Would highly recommend! There are two restaurants, a supermarket and a food truck within five minutes' walk.

Unfortunately some staff from hotel make our vacation awful . It’s exactly Kenny from gym , he was really rude with me , when I came in the gym in slippers, because I didnt have another shoes with me . I did not expect such a rude attitude towards guests in a hotel. Before this incident, the holiday was wonderful, except for the fact that there were no slippers in the rooms, they ran out and did not appear in 5 days, so this incident in the gym on the last day of our holiday completely ruined the impression of the hotel. I also told the Lady in Red about the situation in the gym, but she didn’t even answer, but laughed in the hallway with Kenny.

My husband and I stayed at Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas for our honeymoon and my birthday for a week from the end of May to early June. We had an amazing experience at the villas, as heavenly as Seychelles itself.
We have to say the villa and the whole team exceeded our expectations - of course, you expect certain things in luxury hotels, but what impressed us the most is how effortless everything is under the care of everyone here, the exact reason why we picked it here.
We want to express our special thanks to our butler Anton, the Director of Operations Anil Kumar, our taxi drivers Pat and Kelvin, and a few more staffs we don’t remember the names of including spa teams, buggy teams, front desks, the ladies who checked in and out for us, restaurant chefs and staffs, beach staffs, taxi drivers, and people who we randomly met at the villas and simply said hi to us. Thank you all for making our experience so special. I wish you all the best and I look forward to staying at Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas again in the future.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
A wonderful host. We asked for a taxi when we already left. They helped us without any problems. Beautiful territory with turtles. Delicious breakfasts. The perfect location. It is easy to get to the best beaches even by public transport. There is a very beautiful beach nearby. Everything is super.
Rachel and Peggy were both so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The room was nicer than any Hilton or Riu I've stayed in, with a gorgeous view of the turquoise Indian ocean. Perfect location for travel to anywhere on the island, but particularly some of the best beaches in the world, and facing the west for a beautiful sunset
If you are a nature-lover with a bright mind, open heart, and normal wallet this is the place for you: peaceful, right on the beach, with a kind staff, nice restaurant, and perfect wifi. The place for enjoying the sunsets and the sounds of the sea the whole night.
The view of the bay is astonishing. Rent a car to see the island and explore all its parts. Buy local fruit, vegetables from the market, buy fish from the fishermen and prepare a BBQ fish in the kitchen. You have all ammenities. Go to Anse Soleil beach. There are also 2 restaurants there, on the beach, with great view and sunset. Anse la Mouche is perfect for small children. Everything was great here. The cleaning was made every 2 days. We had parking place in front of the house. Excellent value for money.
The owner/host was great and we had a lovely check-in with her showing us all the amenities of the property and room. She also explained in great detail where we could go for various types of cuisine in the area. The vanilla ice tea on arrival was a nice touch in the tropical heat of Baie Lazare Mahé.
The barbecue on the beach with the sunset was a definite highlight at the property. The finishes of the villa itself was really impressive, well insulated against the heat and aircon works extremely well.
LOCATION IS MEGA TOP FANTASTIC ON THE VERY BEST BEACH IN THE ALL THE WORLD IS AMAZING PLACE AND REAL PARADISE AND WE WILL COME BACK FOR SURE AND THE OWNER MADE FOR US GRILL FRESH FISH FROM THE OCEAN ORGANIC BIO !!! WE HAD THE VERY BEST HOLIDAY IN OUR LIFE I WILL SEND THEM GIFTS FROM RUSSIA AND BULGARIA!
