    Things I've liked: 1. Perfect location to explore Netherland as it's almost 30-70 min from Amsterdam, airport, Almera, Utrecht , Rotterdam and Giethoorn. 2. Very kind , welcoming and smiling staff. Thanks a lot for that. 3. Fast WiFi. 4. Well equipped kitchen. 5. Nice outdoor seating area. 6. The AC was really an advantage especially this time of the year. However , during the night it switches itself off automatically every few minutes which was really annoying. 7. Being hidden in between the trees 😍

    We checked in very late but we got amazing instructions (including a video) on how to get the her and enter the room ourselves. The room was very clean and spacious, so was the bathroom. I wish we'd started longer to also see the view of the lake (we arrived late after the sunset and left early before the sunrise).

    Everything was perfect, Jan was very helpful and the experience in staying in a house boat great :) View during sunset is marvellous. Will definitely visit again!
