The sporting lodge and hotel is very clean and personel friendly .....................................................................
BUT A 16% CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL is unacceptable! And with the tip added AFTER the 16% charge was also very poor form.
Be aware and ask the hotel before you book what the Extra Charges will be!
It was the first place we stayed in town and It was very unfortunate and sad to latterly be told by the other Punta Allen hoteliers, restauranteurs and barmen we were massively overcharged– 5% is the norm !
We thought we had had such a great experience at Casa Pascale until the 16% bill surplus plus tip on top experience was revealed as rudely excessive!
After Punta Allen we saw Pascale in Puerto Morelos but descided not to speak about the 16% charge especially when she was supposedly in Oaxaca.

Beautifully secluded resort with lots of wildlife. The restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful and really helpful.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
We loved our stay at Cielo y Selva. We booked a tent and it was great, quite spacious. clean and what’s most important literally on the beach. We also took the Dolphine tour with them and ut was great, even though our guide did not speak good English but we saw dolphines, turtles, lots of birds. reef and a beautiful beach.
The stuff were really friendly, they can help to arrange many things.
Very nice happy hour too
And the view on the beach was really beautiful and the sound of ocean is so peaceful
À little bit of paradise on earth. We stayed in the glamping area, right on the beach. It was very comfy and we fell asleep with the sound of the waves. The staff is lovely and we had bicycles available to go explore the village. You can also walk there in ten minutes by the beach.
This place is a little paradise! A quiet and beautiful oasis in the midst of nature, right on the beach - perfect to disconnect and unwind. You will fall asleep with the sound of waves and wind :) The glamping tent is very spacious and the shared spaces squeaky clean.
We also loved the village, a very authentic experience compared to the rest of Riviera Maya and with a couple of nice restaurants.
Right on the beach! Within walking distance from the restaurants and cafes. You can park outside and forget about driving during your stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
What a gem! This place is so chilled and relaxed. You literally open your door and you're right on the beach. The 3 frendly dogs will keep you company and walk with you around the village. The owner is a very nice lady that will cook for you if you wish. Place is very clean. The beach right outside the door is nice and calm. We've seen delphins and turtles on the water right from the shore. We stayed here 3 days on our Mexican road trip and it was definitely one of my top hotels. We loved it!
Amazing hotel right on the beach in Punta Allen. Rooms are very big with everything you need, there is a kayak and bikes that we can use for free, food is nice and you can eat at any time during the day, and in general the service is excellent, everyone will do his best to help you and please you. We had an amazing stay !
