Who is looking for really peacefull and quiet place, go to Blue Ocean. Super nice and perfectly english speaking owner. Home made meals and private beach with nobody around at this time. The ocean is little but more rought, but sand everywhere and perfect access. Rooms are super clean and new. So far the most relaxing staying in Sri Lanka. Thank you very much for this experience.

The location was quite good , calm and lonel. Cabanas nearby lagoon with better conditions . .one of best calm place i have visited . Feel like u hide from world .friendly staff and fast service . Room conditions were also satisfied . And fresh delicious sea food mix with local traditional food its a really nice vibe for dinner.

Nima Villa is one of the best places we stayed in sri lanka. The house is very clean and comfortable for living with high security. It has three modern large bedroms, living room, dining room, bathroom and a kitchen which is equiped very good so you can cook there without any inconveniences. There is a large swimming pool area and have excellent surrounding views. The place is very silent , you can hear birds singing every morning. Actually you can feel living like your home.Hospitality was super excellent. Host made everything to make our staying in villa even more comfortable. I can conclude that service there has the highest rate and highly recommended for Sri lankans and others as well. Definitely we planned to come back again In next vacation and we stayed there with a big pleasure. I highly recommend it for people and families with children too.

We've had such a great stay here! The villa is very comfortable, spacious and above all, very clean. It comes with everything you need for either short-term or long-term stays. The place is surrounded by a huge, beautiful garden with direct private access to the lagoon. Getting up in the early morning and watching all the beautiful birds in the garden while enjoying a morning coffee was the best part of our day. Especially since you have the whole villa and garden all to yourself! Last but not least, the host and his friend are great guys too. They're very nice and polite guys who give you all the privacy you want. Their English is great too which made the communication even easier. This place felt like a home away from home to us! Unfortunately we were only able to spend 4 nights in this lovely house but we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Sri Lanka!

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Sri Lanka! They have an amazing chef and the food was some of the best we’ve ever had. The rooms are spacious and clean with a good hot shower. Really nice pool and garden area and they have a massage place next to the lake where you can go kayaking too. The staff were so nice and overall we had a great experience! Will definitely be back, thank you

I booked it not expecting much. It was really cheap and we were only on our way to Galle. The place turned out to be really, really great. Best hosts we had in the country. I had the best fish curry in my whole life and by far the best meal in Sri Lanka. It s clean, close to the beach and the turtle sanctuary and it s really peaceful. For a couple it is perfect. More privacy in their little cabins and the hosts' attention to small details really makes a difference: from the cute towel arrangements that welcomed us and the cold complimentary juices to the umbrella that they gifted to us because it was raining when we left. I really can't recommend this place enough if you re staying in Tangalle

This place is a slice of paradise away from the smog and honking of busses and the wizzing of tuk tuks. It's a short ride into town and many other sites are near by. There is a very private beach and lagoon with great kayaking 2 minutes walking distance. There is a lot of nature. In four days I saw 2 large porcupines, several neighborhood peacocks, sea turtles, and loads of other colorful birds. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Need something? Just ask and they are more than happy to help. Prices are very reasonable. You can tell this area was starting to grow a bohemian vibe pre-covid and has settled down a bit die to lower tourist numbers. Don't let this detour you. This would be an excellent location for a group retreat.
