We enjoyed 12 nights in Sampieri. This is the first floor apartment of a villa with 3 or 4 other apartments. The location is indeed five minutes from the beach, sea view from the exceptional terrace. Spacious accommodation. Matteo our host was very friendly and helpful with any minor issues. If it party time in Pata Pata then hold on to your socks in the bedroom to the front. Local shops all within a few minutes walk. Items for improvement, kitchen equipment could be improved and the washing machine should be replaced. Absolutely loved being here.

great location along the beachfront facing the Sea with large terrace. 2 bedrooms ( 1 with 3 beds). we’ll equipped kitchen. Windows all around. Quiet except for the sound of crashing waves at night ☺️. Wonderful beach. great for kids ( shallow for a distance). Nice walks all along to at sunrise, sunset. Bars and restaurants , mini grocery store and gelateria nearby. Cris (Christina) was our host. she was both friendly, helpful and available. A bit off the beaten path( need car). In October the place was quiet. just what we needed!
