The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. There really isn't anything to complain about!Breakfast was very good, the commitment to eco and organic, local produce and product is evident.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Sofia is a great host and the palce is perfect, either for a short or a long stay.
Theres a very nice bedroom, a modern bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, as well as a nice place to sit or eat outside.
I wish we could stay longer.
The beach is 5- minutes away by car, the historic city of Castigione della Pescaia - 15 minutes, the large supermarket in Grosseto -- 5 minutes.

The staff's hospitality was exceptional!
Sadly, we had a problem with our car during the stay. The staff did their best to help us, including driving to a car rental office. We want to thank them again for all their help!
The location is also good. 2 minutes to a big mall, ~10 minutes to the beach (the sea was wonderful!)
The whole Fattoria is amazing. It is cozy, quiet, and beautiful - the perfect family place.
Very spacious apartment with large bedrooms and living room. There is also a washing machine which helped a lot, the balcony is very nice especially in the mornings. The area is very nice and quiet and very close to town and the beach, only a short car journey.
There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk, the apartment was very clean and looked amazing.
We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Perfect location to relax with family. We had a wonderful time (mid-june), location is quiet, with an own restaurant, near (with car) to supermarket and Grossetto, 15mins to beach.
