Both Bruno and Antonella are lovely people. I felt badly that I didn't speak Italian, Antonella's language. She's such a warm, caring person, someone I would have liked to know better.
Thank goodness Bruno spoke French so we were able to communicate fine and he translated into Italuan for his wife.
The breakfast is superb! So lovely to sit outside, overlooking a lovely garden, listening to the birds and having a delightful breakfast. A lovely start to each day!

The apartment is very clean and well-furnished – there is even a dishwasher and a very large refrigerator! — and there is an elevator in the building to help with your luggage. The Wi-Fi worked great, very fast and reliable. We didn't have time to use the three bicycles, but they were available. The shower was excellent, plenty of hot water, and the kitchen has a nice stove and oven. Without question, we would stay here again!

Super close to the beach. The view of the sea both from the room (2nd floor) and the terrace was great. The owners were incredibly friendly and nice to us; they even suggested to drive us from/to the station and helped us with many helpful tips.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
The breakfast was exquisite. Antonello and Bruno were superb hosts (even with a language barrier). The house and garden is secure and well maintained. The garden is tranquil and had the right balance of relaxing and entertainment for our two small ones. We were comfortable and well looked after while we stayed here. Air con really helpful for those hot days. Easy access to Fano, local beach access well worth a trip just out of the main Fano stretch. A fridge to cool items was useful. Excellent.
It was a perfect location, close to the ocean and the aprtment was clean and very spcious. The hostess is very kind and always responds fast if ou ask her anything. She already packed the fridge with some drinks and left us somebread upon arrival.
The lady is very helpful and provide all the necessary information. The location is just perfect in the middle of the city Center ( historical) and 8 min walking to the seaside. there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby or in the seaside!
We loved it! Daily juices and water, beautiful room with balcony, daily cleaning, kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge, plus the bikes for quick beach access and a great breakfast everyday in a cafe close to the apartment. Highly recommend!
You can’t ask for a better location it is practically on the beach. The breakfast is great and so is the staff, the lady that helped us was very nice and accommodating.
