Amazing view from the homestay. We loved the garden and the nature around the place. Very nice, friendly and helpful family. Great food options also for breakfast but even during the day. Very close to Gamat Bay (even if the short rout is a hard walk the way up). We could rent snorkel equipment for a reasonable price. And they helped us a lot with organizing transfer, programs.

Just like it shown in the picture! Very comfy, heartwarming and it gives me a sense of home. The owner is very kind and friendly, she allows me to put my luggage for the whole afternoon at the dining area after I checkout. Strategic location where it’s only 5mins (motor distance) from the harbour and there are food store around the area as well.

Genuinely the most impressive stay of our Bali trip and so perfect we couldn’t have been happier. I’m writing this months after our holiday and we’re still beaming over the service and the memories made during our stay here.
Special thanks to Ada, Bintang and Subali and the rest of the Khamara staff. They were the reason our stay was so lovely, we couldn’t be more thankful for their hospitality and help. Their service and ability to meet needs and requests is unmatched, really nice and generous people.
The food! Besides the look of the villa and location, we were swayed by the many reviews talking about the food and we couldn’t agree more. Everything was so delicious, we ate like kings for three days and were so satisfied with the options, quality and taste.
Note, the wifi can be spotty at times. The first night was close to terrible but the days after were completely fine. We thankfully had smart tvs, Netflix and prime available. If we can’t connect phones to the TVs this is a great alternative and we appreciated the feature, people want to relax after long days out in the sun and this was a bonus (hotels in Kuta are a bit outdated and use satellite tvs).
We stayed in the stand alone villa, however the neighbours opposite us were so respectful that being in the double story would likely be an equally comfortable stay. Would definitely love to see them expand the Khamara suites, it’s a perfect and well thought out villa.
So clean, amazing amenities and overall a perfect hotel and stay.

The bungalow is clean, cozy, comfortable, and the view… Amazing!! The staff is very friendly, and if you adk, they bring the food to your door anytime of the day. They can help with organizing program if needed. Overall a very pleasant experience!
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. I loved rolling out of bed and dipping my toes in the ocean at sunrise! The bungalows were right on the beach and right in front there was a reef you can snorkel in. And don't get me start on the sunset views.
Most of all for me was the kindness and the hospitality of the owner. I had an accident on the island, which required for me to go 2 days in a row to the clinic. He very kindly offered to drive me both days as I couldn't walk very far. Thank you so much, it meant so much.
A perfect paradise. 3 Villas around a pool, next to the restaurant, right on the beach. Beautiful for sunrise and sunset. Perfect for swimming and snorkelling right off the beach. All meals were delicious. Staff were wonderfully friendly. The island is so busy with day trippers and you could easily join in - for tours etc and just as easily escape to our own piece of paradise.
The position is right on the beach… stunning, lovely and quiet..food was ok but plenty of other options within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and the staff were lovely. We rented a bike while there… good prices and they were helpful with directions. Sunsets are stunning
the beach houses are directly on the beach which is amazing because you wake up everyday to a beautiful sunrise. It feels like you’re having your private beach.
we were also really surprised by the size of the beach house. It’s really big, clean and modern. the bathroom is amazing :) also there is warm water and AC which works perfectly fine.
It was great right on the beach which they cleaned everyday. You could go out snorkelling straight from your bungalow. As it was set away from the main road it was very quiet. View of the sunsets were just stunning.
Location is great, near the harbour and main town area. It is right on the beach and I love sitting on the wooden deck to watch the sea. Decor of the room is great, feels like a holiday beach house.
