Completely relaxing, very very well taken care of by the wonderful attentive staff who were extremely gracious and kind. This place has a very zen calm energy. The villas offer complete privacy and your own space to relax indoors and outdoors.
The main pool is also beautiful and a calm serene space. All the staff are wonderful. The villas are extremely comfortable. This was my 2nd trip to Amarterra after spending time in Ubud. Last time stayed in the Deluxe 1 bed Villa which is a little more contemporary. I really liked the 1 bedroom villa as it felt more traditional with the pool pavilion to relax under and loved the Frangipani trees along the pool. The service is exceptional and the location and villas offer a calm peaceful sanctuary.

We love the environment of the hotel. Very quiet and have a wonderful ocean view from our room. It was about 30mins car ride from the airport if there is no traffic jam. All the hotel staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Definitely will book again if we are going to Bali again.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
THe buffet breakfast was excellent. The faciilities are exactly what you expect in a resort. Being right on the beach made it super accesible for childrens surf lessons, beach strolling and other activities. Men cleaned the beach the the Melia, but neighboring beaches were unclean with trash and seaweed
The hotel was beautiful, right on the beach. Many restaurants in walking distance. You can hire a bicycle at the property or hire some surfboards. They have a kid zone where they do so many different activities with the kids for up to two hours daily, so the parents can enjoys themselves for a bit. Great stay for families.
The staff were amazing and made us feel special every day, from the personalized birthday surprise to the handwritten thank you note. Clean, well maintained facilities right on the beach with gorgeous views of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.
The location was right on the beach. We chose this due to access to surfing the nusa dua reefs. The hotel is on the beach ( it’s huge)
It’s old Balinese style architecture and has that old Indo feel about it. The breakfast buffet has many savoury and sweet options. Staff are very beautiful and have the most hospitable nature. Cannot fault their kindness and service.

Perfect location, right on the beach, ideal for families with kids. They have a small kids pool and a swing set. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Love the rooms with oceanview! Near to the private beach, lots of activities you can do which they’ll pass you a phamplet when you check in. Great customer service.. sunrise and sunset views are also amazing!
