Amazing stay near Balaton lake. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the house itself is very cozy and has everything you need for the lovely stay. It has fully equipped kitchen with amazing view to the lake, terrace with couch and blankets, comfortable bed and hot shower. We really enjoyed our home cooked breakfast, and took bicycles to explore surroundings - that was a really great idea, so don't miss this opportunity.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Everything was just like on the photos. The apartment was super clean. The location was great, the house is right next to the beach. Our host was very nice.
A great villa with all needed comforts where you can enjoy privately the beauty of the nature in a quiet environment. You could also enjoy a private pedal boat and have access to a beautiful beach (perfectly safe) for kids and great for parents (with fitness equipment).
Further more, you're close to the supermarket and restaurant which allow you to avoid the car during your stay.
Last but not least, Gabriella is the best hostess you can find and will make your stay unforgettable.
We had a wonderful stay at Balaland Residence. The apartment was very clean, with all appliances. The lakeside seating area (beach) and the water activities were super fun, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. The property is also very well located near the ferry to Tihany (for a few hours in town) and there are a number of dining options a short walk or drive away - although we found that the quality of the food and service at the Mangoo beach bar was best to be honest. We have the property in our plans for next summer for sure!
The hotel is new, very pleasant, located on the lake with a private beach, excellent facilities, The food at the meals was excellent, varied and of very high quality, The service was flawless, and the entire staff without exception was professional, courteous and helpful in every way . The location and the view are wonderful. Garden is green as it can be. Private beach is very good, also for families with small kids. There is a small playground almost between the apartment and the construction site, and another one with sand at the beach. Garage is a plus.
The size of the apartment was great for the 5 of us. It would have also worked well for 6.
