We had a wonderful stay at Balaland Residence. The apartment was very clean, with all appliances. The lakeside seating area (beach) and the water activities were super fun, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. The property is also very well located near the ferry to Tihany (for a few hours in town) and there are a number of dining options a short walk or drive away - although we found that the quality of the food and service at the Mangoo beach bar was best to be honest. We have the property in our plans for next summer for sure!

Ferenc and his family were very welcoming when we arrived! Even served us with cold bevereges "on a house", which was excellent as it was 40 degrees that day. And the whole house was very well prepared for us! It made our stay very easy! It is a very big property with 6 seperate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large garden. Also at least 3 cars could park next to the house on a drive way behind the main gate. Even though it is a quiet neighborhood it is good to have this option. On top of that the Retro Haz is located just 5 min walk from a very nice beach with a playground and shops (5 min walk in the opposite direction). Very much recommended for the families with kids! And if you or your family have any special requests do not hesitate to ask Ferenc - he will find a solution to make your stay better!
