The location is both excellent and poor - more on that in the negative part, but the window view was incredible. The air conditioning is working very well and was useful in the general heat. The main bad was very comfortable, and the bathroom is nice with large shower. Kitchen was fully equipped (with no dishwasher). The electric heating plate was slow to heat the water but you can still prepare some meal (just takes more time).

We had 4 great nights at the apartment. Brilliant central location with an incredible view from the balcony. It’s a short walk to the bus station and bakery, shops and restaurants all on the door step.

The property is on a perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach and all the restaurants . The parking is available, which is perfect. The rooms are accommodated with basic facilities, and spotlessly clean! AC is also included in the room.

A wonderfully serene and immaculate location - exactly what I was looking for. Mladen and Petra, the host of the villa, exudes genuine kindness in her hospitality. The beach is just a quick 1 minute stroll away from the apartment. For those seeking a more secluded setting, a peaceful rocky coast can be reached within a 30 minute walk. Running enthusiasts can revel in an invigorating coastal route nearby. I highly recommend this place.

The main benefit if the hotel for sure is the location! It is right on the beach, the view from the window (if you choose sea view) is perfect. Also we liked pool area, it is rather rare in Croatia. Breakfast was tasty. The beach bar is nice. Free spacious parking for customers. We had an apartment, it is really spacious for the family, 2 bedrooms and a dining room.
This is simply an awesome price/value offer. The hosts are super nice, they both speak English fluently and happily provide a lot of advice on Baska and Krk. The apartment was very spacious, its interior being very modern (even better than on photos!) and perfectly clean upon arrival. Also, the heated pool is phenomenal.
It's also just a few minutes of walk from the seaside promenade / the main beach. At the same time, it's not in the center, so you get the serenity of a good night's sleep.
