Very cosy place, quiet with a great outdoor area and BBQ. The beach is a 5 min walk away. Overall the apartment was great and the host was very polite. Parking is plentiful in front of the property even though the street in front is quite steep. The facilities are great with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of utensils and a great washing machine. I would recommend this place as it is a short walk from the center of Siviri, but it is very private and cosy.

For me by far the best thing, it is quite cold at the ground floor even if outside, during the day, are 38 degrees. I have never slept so good during the night in a very long time. You don’t have clima at the ground floor but you don’t need it. The house is equipped with literally everything you need. Host is A+. He was prompt in everything, top. Big market nearby, 2 min walk. Quiet neighborhood. There are no dedicated parking places but you will find places to park, plenty of them on the streets nearby.

It is a perfect size for the family, we all felt very comfortable and had the feeling we were at home. The furniture, all brand new, is all there and yet not too much or heavy. The location is excellent and a special feature for us was that it is located in a local residential area, with a very nice balcony, making you feel as part of the local community, saying ‘kalimera’ and ‘kalispera’ to neighbors and receiving smiles and nods in return.

Everything was just perfect. The property is 5 minutes away from the Siviri beach, which turned out to be the best one around, according to our taste. The place is quiet at night, with air conditioners, comfortable shower room, hot water, large fridge, huge tv, and active Netflix subscription.
