Boasting private pool, Summer Breeze - Family Holiday home in Camber Sands is situated on the beachfront in Camber.

Caravan was comfy etc but could do with some updating. That being said, we only really used it for a base for the weekend and it was perfect for that. Enough kitchen equipment for your needs. Communication with Jay was fantastic and very accommodating.

We loved the very central location and lovely cobbled approach and beautiful front garden. We found ourselves popping back just for the pleasure of it (and sometimes due to the drizzle.) Also the fabulous decor throughout and the really lovely seaside theme. I have an obsession with shells now.. Really appreciated the brochures and information. I feel the owner really wants residents to experience all Rye has to offer.

Location was great for visiting relatives in Rye and exploring along the coast, it would be fabulous for a family beach holiday. We especially liked the downstairs toilet which was not even mentioned in the details! Property was bigger than it looked in the photos, and so well equipped. Parking was very easy. Great instructions for key collection made it very easy.

The best welcome we've ever received, in all our travels - thanks Nakita. Beautiful room, we were given an upgrade to one overlooking the gardens. Great location, the cleanest beach in the UK (in my opinion). You can grab a picnic rug from reception and order cocktails to take with you to the beach at sunset. Cake in the afternoon - heaven. I liked the water bottle system too, brilliant idea. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and big fluffy robes. Loved the decor and design, comfortable but chic.

Location is okay if you just want a quiet time on the beach. Lovely beach. Not much as far as good places to eat out, so a must to take your own food.

The house is just great for a family like us. Rooms to chill without parents/children, 3 toilets. We had ice time at the beach in Camber Sand building sand castles and enjoying big waves. Apart from that: Rye is just a great relaxed small town!!! We climbed up the church tower and had an amazing view on Rye...just great!

The Shepherds hut is very well equipped. Harriet has thought of everything. it sits on the edge of a small campsite, which was about half full when we were there. it was quiet and peaceful and a perfect spot for us to stay while we had a stand at a local Fair/Shopping Event. There is a good independent supermarket close by, (which has unbelievably cheap petrol) and Rye isn’t far, which is lovely for a walk on the beach.
