Perfect location. 5 mins walk from train station and only 10 mins walk to the middle of Richmond. Comfy bed and although hotel is on the main road there was no problem with noise. Staff very friendly and although we arrived early, we were still able to check in.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Spa facilities great and perfect location for Richmond centre and Park.

Perfect location to get into London. They call Richmond Londons' countryside. Travelled up from Cornwall M3 takes you right into Richmond. Parking facilities at hotel (pre bookable). Railway station has both overland and tube connections.

Perfect location in Richmond, but it was under the flight path for Heathrow, so planes going over every 30 mins or so, not the end of the world but not entirely quiet either.
