Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Such a wonderful stay, excellent staff/owner, comfy bed, high speed wi-fi, modern built, outlets beside the bed, TV with Netflix access, great heating, modern and powerful shower, quiet room, delicious breakfast, mini-fridge with complimentary water and drinks, kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, good location (just a few minutes walk to the seaside and almost beside a bus stop), there's an Indian restaurant just half a block away, a petrol station with convenience about a block away, and very kind and sweet staff. I can't stress enough how nice this place is! If you're staying in Newquay, skip the major hotel chains or the very cheap and badly run lodges - go to the Haven Lodge instead!
