Lovely location - great views from the breakfast room and easy walk down to the seafront. Exactly as described no tea and coffee in room but available on the corridor and no evening meals but plenty of places to eat in Nairn that were in easy walking distance or you could order in and eat in the lounge.

Well equipped, comfortable and clean, great location and stunning beaches close by.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Magnificent and superbly furnished. Room had amazing sea views and right on the beach. The bar was lovely to sit in have a drink and watch the world pass by.
Perfect location, virtually on the beach and close to the town. Staff were amazing, food was outstanding and the room was well appointed and a great selection of real ale
Room was very spacious, bed super comfortable and large bath amazing for relaxing in after a busy day. Beautiful location right on the beach within walking distance to town centre.
This old cottage is right in Fishertown, the most interesting part of Nairn. It's just a short walk to the river and also to the lovely beach, whilst being within easy reach of the shops. A perfect location. Highly recommend a visit to Nairn museum and trips to watch the sunset from the harbour beach.
Perfect location with parking and beach views. Electric charging points recently installed.
Very professionally managed by Rachel-nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spotless, breakfasts delicious. Can't fault it.
Very welcoming staff and nice touches like the personalised welcoming newspaper style brochure with meal booking etc.
