The beach view was lovely. Peaceful location and the whole area was clean. Noticeably, there wasn't any litter at all on the beach or around the hotel grounds and the prom. Very friendly staff. Fast and efficient service. The food is tasty and plentiful. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Location is brilliant. Close to the market, beach, pier and everything you would hope for in a seaside town. We personally did not have the breakfast, but from what we saw with other guests it looked lovely. Evening meal can be had if required. Staff were very helpful. Booked this at the very last moment as the hotel that we were booked into closed down without telling us! The owners even paid us back the deposit that we paid for the other hotel. Cannot thank them enough. Booked up for another trip.

Location good a two minute walk across to the promenade and Brittania pier. Central to the local shopping area and the coastal link bus service to other seaside areas including Gorleston, Caister on Sea and Lowestoft. Good food outlets along this stretch. Thank you claire for another great stay.

Location is superb, right on the beachfront. Hotel very clean and tidy. First morning I had the full English which was very good indeed and the second day I went continental and it was just as good. My keys didn't open either the front door nor the room door but this was not a great issue as staff handled the problem very quickly which is what I want to see. There was a problem, they fixed it, great customer service.
