I liked the fact we had our own private doorway to the room from outside. It was very handy to have parking spaces literally outside the room.🤩 The area seemed quiet and safe at night. Netflix was a bonus..🤩

The caravan had lots of plates, cutlery, condiments & cleaning equipment.
The beds were comfortable.
There's a play park close by.
You can use the facilities on site (club house, swimming pool, arcades, bar/restaurant) but have to buy a pass for £11 a day per person.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Ocean View is on the cliff top of Gorleston -on - Sea, with lots of facilities with rooms having lots of space. Wonderful views of the sea with tankers and ships. We watched the sunrise over the sea sat on the balcony.
Julia was a lovely welcoming host who was happy to help us and even offered beach towels to use. Breakfast was healthy choices which suited my sister and I.
Towels for use in the lovely on suite were pristine white.
Lots of storage for clothes, large wardrobe, plenty of drawers. Soft and comfortable king size bed.
Seashells is an exceptional property with two double bedrooms,one on suite.
It is tastefully furnished and decorated in line with its seaside location.It is spotlessly clean and lacks nothing in equipment.
This is our second time staying here, we love it! It’s perfect location to the gorleston beach as it’s literally round the corner. The house itself is perfect, it has 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathroom and a pull out bed downstairs. Its got a lovely big kitchen and seating area. Check in is easy too. We will deffo be back again!
A really spacious property ideal for a beach holiday - only a few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the road. The house was lovely with everything we needed. 2 big living rooms, a really big kitchen diner and nice garden. Beds were really comfortable and good over bath shower upstairs. The downstairs wet room was tiny but I guess useful for kids in the summer. We love Gorleston. Nice meal at The Shed although not particularly child friendly!
Location was fantastic, right on the beach, decoration was very modern throughout. You have to collect your keys from the Cliff Hotel which is a 3 min walk around the the corner. Dog friendly too which was so helpful.
Nice big family room, great shower, great location (only 5 minutes’ walk to the beach and seaside attractions), access to balcony with sea and estuary views, friendly and helpful hosts, easy and free parking.
