Food at all times was excellent, good quality and plentiful. Our room was a nice size with an accessible bathroom. We had a view of the marina from a small balcony which was very nice. All staff were very polite and helpful.

Very well cooked, very tasty, unsure about pre order as one day we were not hungry in the morning. I can see why it's done so well done for the view

Wonderful views of the Castle and ever changing estuary from an executive room. Lovely sunsets. All staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts cooked to order. Enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant on two nights. Pleasant coastal walks from the hotel. Convenient location for Snowdonia, Conwy valley and the coast. Conwy town, castle and quayside nearby. Spa/pool nice to relax after a day out walking.
The location was fantastic to all we wanted to do, zip wire, beach walks and country side. The actual pod was stunning, decoration and attention to detail, the view from our pod was perfect for sunset. The staff were helpful and easily contactable for any queries.
Very comfortable, spacious apartment.
Very friendly and helpfull host
Parking in front of the door.
Short walking distance to the castle and the seaside of charming Conwy.
Me and my partner had the most relaxing stay here. The property was beautiful, clean and homely. The host was extremely helpful. The log burner made the property and we had some lovely evenings in the living room with the fire burning. A very short drive to Conwy - a beautiful seaside town. Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back here again one day.
Loved our short stay on this caravan sight with our 2 grandsons. We were greeted at the reception by a very friendly lady who explained all about the site. The caravan itself was clean and comfortable and in a quiet spot on the site. It was walkable to a small funfair along the beachfront. Perfect!
Location right on the beach and the park is relatively quiet and easy to get to.
Also right near the train line if you like trains an ideal base for exploring North Wales
The property is by the bridge over the railway that goes on the beach. Its big and has all the things you need in the kitchen for your stay. The owner Samantha was good at communicating with us and helped us check in early which was lovely. The sunsets are amazing as they go right into the sea and you have a clear view of it.
