The caravan was lovely, very clean and modern also so nice that it was so close to the beach. Thank you Monika the little personal touches were lovely, and I hope everyone who hires your van from you respects it as we did and take throws to put on your furniture if they take their dogs

The cottage was very pleasant , it was nice, clean and homely . Our stay was lovely . The host was very easy to contact. Please don’t let previous reviews discourage you from booking. I really didn’t notice anything worthy of a bad review. Would definitely recommend to family and friends , as it’s in the perfect location for the beach , and most amenities are within a 10 min drive . It’s literally a home away from home !

The Haven site is well placed to access Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads. The direct access to the beach is fabulous, and the coastal walk is great. The caravan is in an ideal position within the park, close to the amenities and well placed to watch the world go by. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed. Great. Speedy communication from the owner.

Terrific location for beach access and a quieter stay. The stairs are quite steep and short in depth. Just something to be aware of if traveling with kids, elderly, or anyone with mobility challenges. The updates to this home are great. Very very clean and everything you would need. The living room/tv area is nice and roomy. Toilet on the ground floor is awesome as you don’t have to attempt stairs. Perfect place for a beach getaway.

The location easy access to beach, shop, pubs etc, very well presented and has everything you would need for a self catering stay at the seaside . Owners had even thought of extra dog bowls for holiday pets.

The property is located near the beach, and ten minutes from Great Yarmouth. It's the quintessential cosy seaside village cottage. It's technically small but everything you need is there. It's so cosy, you'll not want to leave, and when you do go out you'll look forward to unwinding. I really enjoyed staying
